As a first time skier, I was a bit worried on the type of gear needed and fitting. All my worries flew right out the window when we met the team at Sanglard, Arthur and the whole team were amazing. The service was excellent, they also sent the gear directly to the hotel as they have some agreements with a couple of hotels in the area + discounts. If you’re ever in Chamonix and looking for any ski gear look for no other than Sanglard.
This rental shop is fantastic. Good equipment, great service. Very easy, along with parking which for other shops is hard. Highly recommend.
Came in last week to buy some new boots and I cannot say how happy I was with the experience! Even with the many adjustments I needed with my weird feet, Benji was absolutely brilliant and I can't express just how appreciative I am of the expert advice I got throughout the process - by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
My son and I rented skis, poles, boots and helmets from here for a long weekend of skiing in Chamonix. The service was outstanding. These guys know what they are doing and are absolutely pros at their jobs. Their expertise is matched by the outstanding customer service.
Highly highly recommend this place ! The staff had all of the equipment ready for my group when we got there since we ordered online. They helped with fittings and get our boots on. Guillaume was very nice and extremely helpful !!
