Since 1924, SANGLARD SPORTS have been the ski rental specialists in Chamonix. Situated at the entrance of Chamonix, opposite the Mont Blanc underground carpark, the store is a must and has private customer parking.
To meet our quality commitments, our shop selects the best models from each brand and offers you ski and snowboard equipment for hire that is in excellent condition, with boots that have been dried and sanitised.

Went to Sanglard for a modification on my resort boots and to look into touring boots. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Timmy was great with fitting the touring boots and making modifications to my resort boots. The whole team are truly top notch boot fitters.
Best rental experience I've ever had! Really nice guys, they made everything easy, they delivered the skis, and even helped me with my lift ticket. They were so nice and helpful, I would absolutely rent from here again. The variety of equipment available was limited, but still decent.

Brand new rental skis & 🎿 boots!!
After checking other rental ski places in Chamonix for 2 rainy days I was able to see all the equipment available for rent in this town.
SANGLARD/ Skimium Chamonix branch has by far the best skis (Atomic, Völkl, Dynastar, Salomon, Rossignol, etc) and most of them is brand new waiting for its 1st rent. Including the ski boots!! (Nordica, Salomon, Rossignol), all brand new!!
I had the progressive package for 6 days (Dynastar exLite skis, Salomon S-Pro R80 boots and an Atomic helmet) for €150
The staff is very knowledgeable, technical, precise, easy going and friendly. Both Eric and Alex were super cool, giving me skiing tips and suggestions of boots.
The shop has everything you need in case you need to buy anything else.

Don’t waste your time going to bigger stores to rent your skis/snowboards. For the same level of pricing you get top level material and a friendly staff.
