We weren't familiar with ski rentals as being the beginners but they were helpful throughout the process from pre-booking online to visit to the store for fittings. They are also dog friendly which is always a plus for us travelling with the dog. They delivered our rentals the night before our rental started so we can we're ready to go first thing in the morning as well as picking up our rentals from the hotel which made everything so simple and easy! Had great experience and amazing time skiing, definitely recommend anyone!

We had already put in a week riding at Courmayeur so most of the wax was gone from our boards. Having just arrived in Chamonix, we really needed our two snowboards waxed for ripping up the mountains this upcoming week. We arrived on a busy weekend in late February and they were able to accommodate us-stripping the old wax and reapplying a even layer of new wax. They did a solid job.
Outstanding experience. The team took the time to carefully assess my needs and confidently recommended a smaller ski boot size than I originally had in mind. I was hesitant at first, but their expertise and patience made all the difference. After testing the boots, I can say the recommendation was spot on — the comfort and performance were exceptional.
